I came across a verse in the Bible the other day that literally blew my mind. I read the entire Bible through each year, but for some reason, I missed this verse. I was over in the book of Leviticus 25, reading up on the year of Jubilee (which is this year) when my eyes landed upon a verse in chapter twenty-six. I read all the way until I got to verse 13, then I realized that this one verse epitomizes exactly what God has done for me. It brought tears to my eyes, because through this verse, I "saw" the love of God. Not only did this verse "bless my socks off", it also ignited me with passionate worship for God Almighty. It was as if He and I were the only two people alive. I felt His presence like never before. He was all over me and I just couldn't help myself. At first, I laughed,(holy laughter) then it turned into tears of joy. I was so lost in God that I lost all track of time. I couldn't stop worshiping and weeping. I didn't want to stop. I ended up being late for work that morning. See for yourself. "I am the Lord your God, which brough you forth out of the land of Egypt, that ye should not be their bondmen , and I have broken the bands of your yoke and made you go upright." (Leviticus 26:13). Twenty-two years ago, this is exactly what the Lord Jesus did for me. Now, I am free. Blessed be the name of the Lord, forever. Amen.
